Mankind

Man knows not what he does

destroys what he should preserve

preserves what he should let alone

tries to mend what isn’t broken

breaks what he shouldn’t have touched

soils what must be kept clean

cleans what is not soiled

kills for fun instead of need

values tangibility instead of meaning

is influenced by what has no importance

uses others for amusement

creates false divinity.
